Key Responsibilities:
- Support the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of complex, interactive, and dynamic reports and dashboards using AI platforms, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Implement AI-driven solutions by leveraging enterprise AI platforms, tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, and related technologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable LLM/RAG-based solutions, data pipelines, ETL workflows, and optimized data models while continuously evaluating and adopting emerging technologies.
- Collaborate strategically with stakeholders to identify complex reporting requirements, deliver actionable insights, and support data-driven business strategies.
- Apply artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to develop innovative solutions and generate predictive and prescriptive business insights.
- Perform in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support strategic decision-making.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, integrity, accuracy, and governance across reporting solutions while mentoring team members on these standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for reporting processes, tools, and technologies, and contribute to the development of the team’s technical roadmap.
- Present complex analytical findings, business insights, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through impactful reports and presentations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 4 to 6+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or data engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex reporting and dashboard initiatives and delivering impactful business intelligence solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Claude, Power BI, Tableau, Python (for data analysis and scripting), Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions and modeling), and PowerPoint.
- Have hands-on experience with tools such as Snowflake, R, Alteryx, and Power Automate for advanced data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling.
- Possess intermediate-level SQL expertise, including complex data extraction, transformation, manipulation, and query optimization.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in designing, implementing, and operationalizing AI solutions and machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
- Have strong experience in building and maintaining data pipelines, collaborating with data consumers, and working with data models and data architecture frameworks.
- Be familiar with generative AI platforms and tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude AI, and similar technologies.
- Exhibit exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead initiatives independently, work with a high degree of autonomy, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Have a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, data governance principles, and emerging AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Demonstrate a strategic mindset with the ability to align data-driven insights and AI solutions with broader business objectives and organizational outcomes.
