Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications to ensure high-quality and reliable solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance and mentorship of senior engineers.
- Participate in requirement gathering discussions, sprint ceremonies, code reviews, and technical documentation activities.
- Support application debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain system performance and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Quality Engineering, Product, and Operations, to deliver project objectives.
- Learn and apply software development methodologies, engineering best practices, and secure coding standards in daily tasks.
- Contribute to proof-of-concept development, automation initiatives, and continuous process improvement efforts.
- Build knowledge of cloud platforms, databases, APIs, and modern software development frameworks and technologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a graduate, preferably from the 2026 batch.
- Must have no prior full-time work experience; internship, academic project, or apprenticeship experience may be considered if it did not involve full-time employment.
- Must not have an existing Provident Fund (PF) account.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong academic background with a demonstrated passion for software development.
- Demonstrated interest in technology, programming, and problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies and dynamic work environments.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships in a collaborative setting.
- Must be legally authorized to work for the duration of the program in the country of application.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and principles.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Java, Python, Angular, C#, .NET, React, or similar programming frameworks.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and query languages, including MS SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Exposure to version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of software design principles and design patterns.
- Eagerness to learn and work with cloud technologies such as AWS.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
