Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver software and hardware build-controlled production releases, including main releases, update releases, service packages, maintenance updates, and customer engineering deliverables.
- Apply and maintain quality standards to ensure reliable and consistent release management processes.
- Participate in process and tool enhancements to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Follow the Software Care process, including emergency case handling, to ensure rapid issue resolution and service restoration.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and problem restoration activities to minimize service disruptions and maintain system stability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification with 3+ years of experience in programming and scripting languages such as C++ and Python.
- Strong knowledge of databases including RedisDB, Valkey, MariaDB, or Cassandra, with the ability to understand, analyze, and contribute to open-source code.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills across networking, operating systems, containers, and node-level environments.
- Experience working in DevOps environments with exposure to Jenkins-based development and deployment processes.
- Proficiency in container orchestration and management platforms such as Kubernetes (K8s), along with hands-on experience with Docker and Helm Charts.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated interest in or contributions to open-source projects, with awareness of licensing, security, and compliance requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
