Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Full Stack Developer Advisors to decompose epics into business and capability features, define solution designs, and support program-level architecture planning.
- Partner with domain and solution architects to develop scalable, robust, and maintainable application architectures.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance applications and microservices.
- Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and performance of developed solutions through established engineering practices.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Manage competing priorities effectively and provide regular project status updates, including issue escalation to executive leadership.
- Own software demonstration activities and support solution acceptance processes.
- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and problem resolution across multiple development teams and business stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate requirements and expectations to both onsite and offshore vendor teams.
- Serve as a backup to the Development Lead and provide leadership support when required.
- Mentor junior developers and drive knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across development teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Associate Level: No prior professional experience required.
- Standard I Level: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in front-end and back-end application design and development.
- Standard II Level: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in front-end and back-end application design and development.
- Senior I Level: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in front-end and back-end application design and development.
- Senior II Level: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in front-end and back-end application design and development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exhibit high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Possess strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Apply effective problem-solving abilities to resolve technical and business challenges.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general PC tools.
- Possess strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills.
