Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for operational processes across U.S. SME channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across SME Sales, AD Organization, Oneforce Capabilities, Technology, Control Management, and CEG teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment.
- Utilize Python, SQL, and Hive to perform data analysis, data manipulation, and support statistical modeling initiatives.
- Analyze business processes, identify operational gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions.
- Execute the development, validation, testing, and implementation of automated solutions to minimize or eliminate manual intervention.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by challenging existing practices and identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance operational performance and business outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python and SQL, with strong working knowledge of analytical tools such as Hive, PySpark, and scikit-learn.
- Strong programming skills in SQL, SAS, Python/R, Unix scripting, and Excel/VBA.
- Experience working in Big Data environments and applying data mining techniques to extract business insights.
- Ability to apply advanced statistical and quantitative methods to solve complex business problems.
- Hands-on experience in analytics and machine learning, including data processing, model development, and model validation.
- Proficiency in handling, analyzing, and transforming both structured and unstructured data.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including Pivot Tables, Macros, and presentation development.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and consistently deliver results.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM platforms and statistical software, including Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases, and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, including Google Cloud.
- Experience with data visualization and automation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, and Splunk.
- Knowledge of service management platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in collaboration, workflow, and content management tools such as Confluence and SharePoint.
