Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze consumer and retail data to identify market trends, monitor category performance, and translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
- Market Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research, competitor gap analyses, and customer search trend evaluations to identify emerging product categories and unmet consumer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and manage effective relationships with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams to support business objectives and drive alignment across functions.
- Operational Execution: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain optimal inventory levels, improve digital storefront performance, and support the onboarding of new vendors to expand the product portfolio.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a willingness to learn SQL, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
