Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, debug, and document application software to ensure high-quality and reliable solutions.
- Design and implement software solutions that support real-time testing requirements and operational objectives.
- Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test procedures to validate software functionality and performance.
- Develop training materials and documentation for enterprise-wide knowledge sharing and user enablement.
- Prepare and maintain software verification plans, test procedures, and test environments to support quality assurance activities.
- Ensure accuracy, accountability, and adherence to established development and testing standards throughout the software lifecycle.
- Collaborate as a member of an Agile development team, working under general supervision to deliver project objectives effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack development, preferably in application development environments.
- Proficiency in Angular 16, .NET 8.0, C#, NUnit Framework, and React development.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and concepts.
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Git-based version control systems, including GitLab and GitHub.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages and object-oriented software development practices.
- Strong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with software development, system integration, and Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Nexus.
- Basic knowledge of Ethernet networking concepts.
- Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile project environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in US English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced development environment while providing transparent status updates to stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create, maintain, and improve technical documentation and collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and effective written and verbal communication skills.
