Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential support to customers and colleagues within contact centre operations by addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to, investigate, and resolve customer and operational queries while ensuring adherence to business policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements and business needs to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Identify barriers to performance and coordinate improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams and contact centres to provide guidance, coaching, and ongoing support to improve knowledge and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily operational activities, incidents, and service requests to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Review existing manual or inefficient processes and recommend automation or process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices to optimize business performance.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and continuously enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying innovative solutions that improve service delivery and operational outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks and priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Possess experience in analyzing, interpreting, and utilizing performance data to support business decisions and operational improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BA, BBA, B.Sc. (Non-IT), Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates from the 2024 or 2025 batch are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to communicate information clearly, concisely, and in a manner that is easy to understand for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of contact centre operations, processes, and key performance metrics.
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Exhibit strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to support operational and customer service objectives.
