Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other reporting tools to support business and operational decision-making.
- Analyze denial, payment, and open accounts receivable (AR) trends across payers and sites, performing detailed root cause analysis to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Improve operational efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging data-driven insights and root cause analyses to recommend process enhancements.
- Customize operational and strategic reports based on project objectives, business requirements, and client expectations.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using appropriate tools and technologies to streamline reporting and operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable business intelligence solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports, dashboards, and analytical deliverables.
- Support business stakeholders by providing meaningful insights, performance metrics, and trend analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Be available to work in US shift timings (3:30 PM IST to 1:00 AM IST) as required by business needs.
- Adhere to the organization’s Return-to-Office (RTO) and hybrid work model guidelines.
- Comply with all terms and conditions of employment, company policies, procedures, and business directives, including changes related to work locations, team assignments, shift schedules, work arrangements, and other organizational requirements in response to evolving business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in SQL development and Power BI dashboard creation.
- Have strong proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Possess working knowledge of data management, data extraction, and reporting using SQL/MySQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Be willing to work from the office on all working days and support night shift operations as required.
- Possess the ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and provide regular updates on work progress.
Preferred Skills:
- Have 2+ years of overall experience in Reporting and Analytics functions.
- Possess exposure to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) reporting and analytical processes.
- Demonstrate domain expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and healthcare-related analytics.
