Key Responsibilities:

  • Report Delivery: Oversee and deliver regular, ad hoc, and BAU reports to business leaders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • HR Trend Analysis: Analyze HR trends including turnover, hiring, demographics, performance, requisitions, and engagement metrics to support organizational objectives.
  • Talent Metrics Development: Develop and optimize queries to extract and present data from various SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, and Performance & Goals.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Perform data analysis and interpretation by applying critical thinking to reporting requests, using techniques ranging from basic aggregation to advanced analytics.
  • Talent Insights Reporting: Create and enhance talent insight dashboards and reports to support business leaders with data-driven decision-making.
  • Global Analytics Role: Gather, analyze, and present data-driven insights through reports and presentations, while identifying trends and recommending improvements to leadership.
  • SuccessFactors Reporting Enhancement: Stay updated on SuccessFactors reporting features, best practices, and recommend system or reporting enhancements when required.
  • HR Systems Education: Educate users on HR systems, reporting tools, and analytics capabilities while proactively identifying trends, risks, and business opportunities.
  • Strategic HR Consulting: Assess HR business needs in collaboration with advisors and translate findings into strategic recommendations using data and trend analysis.
  • Collaborative Reporting Development: Collaborate with system and functional experts to develop, customize, and interpret additional reports and analytics solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between COEs, HRBPs, and leadership teams to support reporting, forecasting, analytics, and strategic decision-making initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR technologies, HR systems, HR data management, and SuccessFactors Reporting.
  • 3–5 years of operational experience in Reporting & Analytics, preferably within HR functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Expertise in Advanced Excel, including Macros, Power Query, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
  • Ability to independently analyze data, interpret information, and respond effectively to business inquiries.
  • Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and leadership reporting insights.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive solutions.
  • Understanding of data flow, interfacing systems, and automation for reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Ability to independently interact with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess complexity, and define timelines.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong data mining and data analysis skills.
