Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end processing and quality validation of loss and exposure data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform detailed data analysis and implement necessary corrections, refinements, and data quality improvements.
- Manage backlog clearance activities and ensure timely processing of portfolio-related data.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and efficiently handle administrative and operational tasks.
- Deliver analytical insights, reports, and high-quality outputs to internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously enhance domain knowledge and technical expertise to support business and operational requirements.
- Identify operational challenges and contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support automation initiatives using basic Python programming and Generative AI (GenAI) tools.
- Assist in project management activities, including requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in data handling, data analysis, or related analytical functions.
- Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data manipulation and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze large datasets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of MS Access or similar database management tools.
- Understanding of Insurance or Reinsurance domain processes and concepts.
- Experience with Python programming or other scripting languages for automation and data processing.
- Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) tools and their applications in data analysis and processing.
- Background in analytics, data management, or business intelligence functions.
- Experience working with cross-cultural or globally distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and recommend process improvements.
