Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer employee retiral benefits processes and related activities.
- Handle Flexible Benefit Plan (FBP) claims administration and processing.
- Support payroll administration activities and ensure timely processing.
- Perform EDM (Electronic Document Management) administration activities.
- Scan employee hardcopy files and send the scanned copies to employees’ official email IDs.
- Convert scanned documents into EDM tickets for further processing.
- Process and resolve tickets by uploading documents to the EDM database through the ASK HR platform.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation throughout all administrative processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) graduates from the 2024, 2025, or 2026 passing batches only.
Required Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in handling standard office applications.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to understand and follow defined process guidelines and procedures.
