Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, monitor, measure, and report key metrics impacting client retention and retention drivers, while collaborating with automation teams to scale reporting processes efficiently.
- Analyze customer retention trends and opportunities using data-driven approaches, and provide actionable recommendations to service teams.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business units to prioritize critical business challenges and jointly implement strategic initiatives.
- Proactively resolve bugs and data quality issues by coordinating with stakeholders and partners to address data inconsistencies and integrate data into analytics systems.
- Support and enable automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.
- Take ownership of process and system improvements across various stages of the data pipeline to enhance accuracy, reliability, and performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with 1–4 years of experience in Business Analytics.
- Proficient in advanced data manipulation, analysis, and summarization using Excel and Python.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for extracting and managing relevant data from data warehouses.
- Experience with Power BI for working with datasets and performing advanced analytical reporting is an added advantage.
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, including the ability to summarize key insights effectively and utilize appropriate charts and visualizations using think-cell.
- Good understanding of descriptive analytics and statistical analysis techniques is preferred.
