Key Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Python.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand and support data requirements for reporting and analytics.
- Optimize and automate ETL processes to efficiently manage large-scale datasets.
- Integrate data from multiple sources and support the management of data lakes and data warehouses.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to data pipelines and data processing workflows.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency throughout the entire data lifecycle.
- Contribute to demonstrating how BI and Data Science tools and techniques can deliver actionable business insights.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Data Engineering, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Databricks or similar platforms.
- Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and database management concepts.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and pipeline development.
- Good understanding of API request and response architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, along with data storage solutions.
- Understanding of data governance, data security, and industry-standard best practices.
- Knowledge of statistical methods, data mining, and Machine Learning tools and techniques.
- Ability to stay updated with emerging industry trends and apply innovative data analytics solutions to support business needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote environments.
- Capable of independently leading projects and managing responsibilities efficiently.
- Flexible in working with global stakeholders across different time zones.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
