Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to drive effective business outcomes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, performing impact analysis and gap analysis to support informed decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and actively manage stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business needs.
- Analyze business cases and develop process flows and use case diagrams to guide technical and vendor teams.
- Support the development team in delivering solutions that align with defined business requirements and objectives.
- Communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner, acting as a liaison between business units and the development team to ensure seamless collaboration.

Required Skills:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application in achieving business outcomes.
- Possess experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, including performing impact analysis and gap analysis.
- Exhibit exposure to process mapping and use case development, with the ability to analyze business cases to guide technical and vendor teams.
- Show experience in stakeholder management, including facilitating requirement workshops to ensure clear understanding of business needs.
- Apply strong analytical and communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively, while collaborating between business and development teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrate knowledge of process improvement methodologies to analyze and optimize business processes.
- Possess experience collaborating with technical teams to support solution delivery and ensure effective coordination.
- Exhibit the ability to analyze business cases, identify improvement opportunities, and drive enhanced business outcomes.
