Key Responsibilities:
- Response and Resolution: Own, investigate, and resolve customer technical issues by collaborating within and across teams and leveraging appropriate troubleshooting tools and practices.
- Readiness: Lead or actively participate in building communities with peer delivery roles and share knowledge where appropriate.
