Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee ticket inquiries related to non-technical functional issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update customer contact information within the Customer Service System accurately.
- Perform follow-up activities to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
- Respond to general inquiries, provide guidance, and deliver customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and guidelines, including updates on products, services, and processes.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, and follow protocols for communicating schedule changes and preferences.
- Meet defined productivity and quality performance standards.
- Conduct self-evaluations using quality coaching tools and review performance outcomes with supervisors.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of B2B buying, digital commerce, and digital marketing (preferred).
- Assist customers and partners by resolving obstacles in the digital purchase journey through a one-touch resolution approach.
- Address inquiries across various portals, including technical issues (access, checkout, orders, fulfillment) and product-related guidance (features, compatibility, etc.).
- Collaborate with multiple external teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Resolve routine issues by following established procedures and referring to standard guidelines.
- Interact primarily within the team and with direct supervisors for task execution and support.
- Execute assigned tasks based on detailed to moderate instructions and follow guidance for new assignments.
- Make decisions that primarily impact individual work responsibilities.
- Work as an individual contributor within a team, handling a defined and focused scope of responsibilities.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as required by the role.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation, Undergraduate qualification, or 12th pass is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, process execution, or operations support.
- Prior experience in an e-commerce environment is an added advantage (optional).
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Ability to effectively utilize customer service technologies, including ticketing tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Service Systems, and web-based applications, to complete transactions.
- Experience in helpdesk query management and issue resolution.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- Excellent communication, consultative, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Good understanding of the e-commerce domain is preferred (optional).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-handling skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts, based on business requirements.
