Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Technical Accounting, Experience Studies, Valuation, and Inforce Optimization teams, to gather and document product requirements.
- Translate business and product requirements into clear, structured, and actionable user stories or detailed product specifications.
- Develop and implement tactical data products using available tools, and support user onboarding and adoption.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Define, develop, and maintain key performance metrics to evaluate and measure product success.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support informed product decision-making.
- Develop a strong understanding of L&H Re systems and processes to advise and assist IT teams with system enhancements and the migration of tactical solutions into strategic platforms.
- Design, map, and implement complex and customized client data setups to meet specific business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor of Science degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data mapping, ETL processing, and data integration techniques.
- Possess strong programming skills in SQL and Python/R for data analysis and processing.
- Have a solid understanding of relational database systems, including Oracle and SQL Server.
- Exhibit experience in handling and processing large volumes of both structured and unstructured data.
- Have experience working in both Waterfall and Agile project environments, with project leadership experience considered an added advantage.
- Possess hands-on experience with data integration tools (e.g., Palantir), analytical techniques (such as exploratory data analysis, predictive and prescriptive analytics), and data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Demonstrate strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Exhibit effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
