Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedules, emails, and leadership communications to ensure effective time management and coordination.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Plan and execute internal and external events, support leadership in public engagements, and ensure the smooth delivery of executive-facing forums.
- Act as the primary point of contact between leadership and internal as well as external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Handle crisis situations proactively by resolving issues promptly and maintaining seamless workflow continuity.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple responsibilities.
- Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interactions.
- Possess working knowledge of tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, or similar productivity platforms.
- Show the ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Display a proactive, problem-solving mindset along with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Have internship experience or campus leadership experience, which is considered an added advantage.
