Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality financial data collation, analysis, extraction, and entry into designated work tools in accordance with defined guidelines and specifications for the assigned vertical.
- Develop a strong understanding of datasets, workflows, and associated work tools to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
- Contribute ideas and inputs to improve data collection methods and enhance products related to the dataset.
- Achieve predefined individual and team targets while maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, and support the team in improving workflows and departmental processes.
- Review feedback related to transactional content to identify errors and help refine procedures and processes for improved accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Graduate degree in B.Com or BBA, or a Postgraduate/MBA degree with a specialization in Finance, with a strong academic track record.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess sound knowledge of corporate finance and accounting concepts, including financial statements and annual reports.
- Be proficient in using secondary research sources for data collection and analysis.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to work across different time zones.
- Have working knowledge or certification in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive abilities.
- Possess the ability to conduct efficient and structured thematic online research.
