Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain enterprise reference data and pricing across multiple asset classes, including Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and Foreign Exchange (FX).
- Oversee the management of market data feeds, including both end-of-day and real-time data sourced from third-party vendors and internal systems.
- Perform data updates and maintenance to support both external and internal data requirements across organizational platforms.
- Maintain instrument reference data and support Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations, including data input, amendments, and ongoing maintenance of financial products and rates.
- Source and validate data from external applications and databases such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv, ensuring accurate updates within internal product systems.
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused services that meet expectations in terms of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
- Process customer instructions accurately in line with defined quality standards, service level agreements, and operational targets.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the design and implementation of enhanced workflows.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate errors or irregular transactions in a timely manner, following established procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant organizational policies, procedures, and standards, including Group Standards Manuals and functional process guides.
- Maintain awareness of operational risk factors associated with the role and ensure appropriate controls are implemented to mitigate risks.
- Adhere to internal control standards, including timely resolution of audit findings and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuously update knowledge of processes and procedures to ensure work is completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Investigate and resolve issues effectively, or escalate them with appropriate recommendations when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Possess advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Have a solid understanding of financial products, including Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange (FX), and Money Market instruments.
- Demonstrate experience working with market data vendor systems such as Refinitiv and Bloomberg data feeds.
- Possess good knowledge of pricing and rate structures across Derivatives, Fixed Income, Equities, and FX markets.
- Exhibit flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required.
- Hold a Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or an equivalent discipline.
