Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Solutions as per Client Specifications:
- Design and develop solutions in alignment with client specifications and project requirements.
- Utilize engineering software tools such as CAD and CAE to create models based on project plans and customer needs.
- Test prototypes and designs within software environments, ensuring all boundary conditions such as impact and stress analysis are validated.
- Define system specifications and assess operational feasibility by integrating software components into a fully functional system.
- Develop prototypes based on engineering drawings and prepared CAD models.
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements.
- Deliver optimized solutions by conducting simulations in virtual environments.
- Ensure software is regularly updated with the latest features to maintain cost-effectiveness and performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and enhance applications by recommending and implementing effective solutions.
- Adhere to industry-standard operating procedures while designing and modeling solutions as per client requirements.
Provide Customer Support and Problem Resolution:
- Resolve defects and issues raised by clients or integration teams through effective ticket handling.
- Develop and implement software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance with minimal latency.
- Deploy solutions and evaluate user feedback to ensure effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with project plans and relevant industry standards.
Ensure Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports as per client requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including a repository of design changes, recommendations, and updates.
- Accurately track and maintain timesheets for client-related work.
- Provide detailed knowledge transfer documentation, including project history and key learnings.
