Key Responsibilities:
- Develops an understanding of Software Engineering and Agile concepts, practices, and methodologies, and applies them in day-to-day tasks.
- Performs standard Software Engineering responsibilities for the assigned team under guidance and supervision.
- Contributes as an active team member in the development, enhancement, and delivery of product or system features.
- Designs and develops software components, and creates unit and system tests to ensure adequate coverage of common code paths.
- Identifies opportunities to automate manual processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Reviews, evaluates, and responds to reported bugs and issues in a timely manner.
- Adheres to secure coding practices to ensure application security and reliability.
- Collaborates with senior team members to conduct performance testing and assists in identifying and resolving performance-related issues.
- Learns and follows industry standards as well as company-specific Software Engineering policies and guidelines.
- Participates in special projects and additional assignments as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 0–2 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
