Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of the Marketplace team and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Central Planning, Category, and Business Intelligence to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products and processes.
- Extract and analyze data to perform business analysis, and develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance effectively.
- Design and build insightful dashboards and provide actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and marketplace sellers.
- Conduct competitive analysis by comparing pricing, delivery speed, and other key parameters with leading e-commerce marketplaces.
- Partner with stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making and support strategic business initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science (CSE), Electronics and Communication (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Information Technology (IT), Instrumentation Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science.
- Possess 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Have technical proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and scripting languages such as Python.
Preferred Skills:
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and effectively manage a diverse range of requirements.
