Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the adoption of the SAP Intelligent Enterprise Suite (IES) by simplifying business configuration for SAP customers within a strategic and high-impact project.
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement optimal solutions for assigned tasks, ensuring scalability, high performance, and low maintenance overhead.
- Apply clean coding practices, including peer code reviews, unit testing, security validation, performance optimization, and automation.
- Ensure high code quality by adhering to best-in-class testing methodologies such as Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Develop highly scalable and high-performance applications capable of processing large data volumes and supporting a growing multi-tenant environment of over 3,000 tenants.
- Work closely with stakeholders across both co-located and distributed teams to deliver high-quality and reliable solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript with a willingness and ability to quickly learn and work with TypeScript.
- Possess a solid understanding of Node.js for backend development.
- Have working knowledge of Golang, which is considered an added advantage.
- Exhibit a good understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, with the ability to optimize database performance.
- Apply strong software design principles to develop efficient, scalable, and maintainable applications.
- Show a proactive “can-do” attitude with a strong emphasis on quality and a DevOps-oriented mindset.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of software development experience, preferably in cloud-based environments using Agile methodologies.
- Hold a B.Tech., M.Tech., or MCA degree from a recognized or premier institute.
