Key Responsibilities:
- Perform content moderation activities to help maintain a safe and trustworthy online environment, while demonstrating resilience in handling potentially sensitive or objectionable content.
- Identify and remove spam content to ensure the delivery of accurate and genuine search results.
- Assist users in removing explicit or sensitive images and videos from global platforms, ensuring user safety and privacy.
- Review and remove personally identifiable information (PII) from search results based on user reports.
- Support initiatives to improve ad experiences and address issues related to ad quality and blocking.
- Review photos, videos, and text-based content to determine compliance with client terms of service and community guidelines.
- Accurately identify, flag, and escalate content that violates policies in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough reviews of video content across workflows to ensure consistent policy enforcement.
- Develop a strong understanding of policies and guidelines, and apply them effectively in both standard and complex scenarios.
- Interpret policies and community guidelines to make informed decisions that balance user safety and platform integrity.
- Solve routine problems by following established guidelines, precedents, and instructions.
- Collaborate primarily with team members and direct supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
- Execute tasks based on detailed instructions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Make decisions within a defined scope, with close supervision and limited impact beyond individual responsibilities.
