Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key contributor to product execution by aligning business priorities, technology teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to support the delivery of a globally used enterprise product.
- Actively participate across all stages of the product lifecycle, including product planning, requirement gathering, solution design, development coordination, testing, and production release.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and cross-functional solution discussions.
- Ensure that requirements are clearly defined, refined, and sprint-ready prior to the start of development activities.
- Track sprint progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and resolve blockers to maintain delivery timelines and quality standards.
- Support testing phases, user acceptance validation cycles, and release governance processes to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
- Maintain structured and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding priorities, risks, progress, and overall delivery status.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be currently pursuing an MBA/PGDM (2-year full-time residential program), preferably with a major or minor in Operations or Analytics.
- Have prior knowledge or exposure to ServiceNow (preferred).
- Possess strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Be self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have an understanding of Agile methodology or experience in product-based environments (preferred).
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities through academic, project, or extracurricular initiatives.
- Be comfortable engaging with global stakeholders and business users.
Skills Required:

- Possess sound technical understanding to comprehend system workflows, product architecture, and effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
