Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop solutions in accordance with client specifications and project requirements:
- Use engineering software such as CAD and CAE to develop models based on project plans and customer requirements.
- Test prototypes and designs created in the software and evaluate boundary conditions, including impact and stress analysis.
- Develop system specifications and assess operational feasibility by integrating software components into a fully functional system.
- Create prototypes based on engineering drawings and prepare initial CAD models.
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements to identify potential risks and improvements.
- Provide optimized solutions to clients by running simulations in a virtual environment.
- Ensure engineering software and tools are updated with the latest features to maintain cost efficiency for the client.
- Improve applications and solutions by identifying enhancement opportunities, making recommendations, and implementing system improvements.
- Follow industry-standard operating procedures while modeling solutions on software tools according to client requirements.
Provide customer support and resolve technical issues as required:
- Address and resolve defects reported by clients or the software integration team by working on assigned support tickets.
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures to ensure reliable deliverables for the customer.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance with minimal latency and maximum efficiency.
- Deploy developed programs and evaluate user feedback to ensure effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all tasks and deliverables comply with project plans and industry standards.
Ensure proper reporting and documentation for client deliverables:
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly status reports to clients as per project requirements.
- Maintain documentation and create a centralized repository for design changes, recommendations, and project updates.
- Record and maintain accurate timesheets for client-related work.
- Provide written knowledge transfer documentation and maintain a history of project activities.
