Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Analytics:
- Support the design, execution, and evaluation of marketing and customer engagement campaigns by analyzing campaign performance data and identifying key success metrics.
Data Collection & Preparation:
- Gather, consolidate, and prepare data from multiple sources such as CRM systems and digital platforms to enable effective and reliable campaign analysis.
Performance Reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to monitor campaign effectiveness and customer response rates using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Looker.
Insights Generation:
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend improvements for future marketing campaigns.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver data-driven analytics solutions that support business outcomes.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on the latest campaign analytics tools, techniques, and industry trends while demonstrating learning agility to adapt to new technologies and analytical challenges.
Documentation:
- Maintain clear and structured documentation of campaign analytics processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and effective knowledge sharing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold or be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or final-year students from reputed institutions are encouraged to apply.
