Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent oversight and validation of enterprise-wide models, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) models used in marketing, credit, fraud detection, and other business or risk domains.
- Perform gap assessments and develop robust frameworks to strengthen model risk management controls and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards.
- Conduct research on AI and ML methodologies to identify opportunities, establish best practices, and develop guidelines that address regulatory expectations while enhancing model performance and business impact.
- Communicate analysis results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders, including cross-functional partners, senior leadership, and model governance committees.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold an MBA or a Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field from a reputed institution.
- Possess 0–4 years of experience working in analytics or big data–related workstreams.
Functional Skills:
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in model development or model validation.
- Exhibit strong analytical, relationship management, and project management skills to effectively drive validation initiatives.
- Apply advanced statistical and quantitative techniques to solve complex business problems (preferred).
- Possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Show willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support validation processes and successful project execution.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and insights clearly to business partners and senior management.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work under tight deadlines and manage changing priorities.
Technical Skills:
- Possess hands-on experience with at least one data manipulation and analysis tool such as R, Python, SQL, or SAS.
