Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed business analysis, including process mapping, gap analysis, and requirement elicitation.
- Provide strategic support to project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, challenge assumptions, and refine business processes.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and well-defined user stories.
- Contribute to solution design discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
- Participate in testing cycles such as SIT and UAT by preparing test cases and supporting defect resolution.
- Develop delivery strategies to support adoption activities, including training materials, communications, and readiness assessments.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, impact assessments, and project status updates.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of transformation methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Lean.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
- Show familiarity with banking processes, including operational workflows, customer onboarding, lending, payments, and compliance.
- Maintain a basic working knowledge of risk management and controls within a regulated financial environment.
- Exhibit competency in business analysis tools such as Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and Excel, with Power BI preferred.
