Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement improvements in analytics reporting across client and service codebases, including schema and field standardization and migration support.
  • Develop developer tools to enhance analytics quality, including automated checks, pull request (PR) and CI validations, reference examples, and documentation.
  • Build integrations and establish efficient data access patterns for stakeholders, such as Snowflake views, BI connectivity, and optimized queries.
  • Collaborate with QA and architecture teams to ensure that changes are testable, observable, and ready for production deployment.
  • Participate in on-call support and operational readiness activities for owned services and components as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in software engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in C++ programming.
  • Experience working with ETL pipelines and data processing workflows.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and performance optimization.
  • Strong collaboration and documentation skills while working in a multi-team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.
  • Experience working with analytics or telemetry pipelines and implementing validation strategies.
  • Experience with Snowflake and BI tools such as Looker or Power BI, or building data products for internal stakeholders.
  • Experience developing CI automation, linters, or pull request (PR) gates to enforce engineering standards.
  • Familiarity with event schema management, versioning, and migration planning.
