Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data extraction and analyze key financial drivers, leveraging analytics to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis for specific functions or business units to address financial issues and support key business initiatives.
- Provide inputs for the monthly review of expenses and capital as part of the budgeting and forecasting process, while analyzing variances using operational insights.
- Interpret and analyze financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s financial processes, operations, and overall business model.
- Support business operations by assisting in financial close activities, analyzing variances and trends, and developing financial forecasts aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and corporate policies while maintaining the integrity of internal and external financial reports.
- Apply foundational financial principles and contribute to projects through research and data analysis, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Support high-priority projects by collaborating with internal stakeholders and sharing insights through standardized financial reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience demonstrating relevant competence.
- Typically 0–2 years of professional experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).

- Understanding of auditing processes and compliance requirements.
