Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of applications and services built using Python.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in accordance with established coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and contribute to effective solution design.
- Identify, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools, and software development methodologies.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- University degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements:
- 0–3 years of professional experience in software development, preferably with Python.
Programming Skills:
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of Python programming language fundamentals.
- Possesses knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Familiarity with web frameworks such as Flask or Django is considered an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, for source code management.
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration within applications.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving challenges.
