Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end global employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding through offboarding.
- Prepare and issue employment-related documents such as verification letters and offer letters in accordance with country-specific requirements.
- Process employee change requests accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain and organize employee records and folders to ensure proper documentation and easy accessibility.
- Review, validate, and process ServiceNow requests, ensuring all required information is complete and tasks are fulfilled within the agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail while handling tasks and documentation.
- Possess good organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and records.
- Have familiarity with HR processes, policies, and documentation practices.
- Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
