Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements for assigned product features.
- Support the identification of technical dependencies and assist in the preparation of design documentation for product features under appropriate supervision.
- Develop and implement code for products, services, or features with guidance, ensuring the effective reuse of existing code where applicable.
- Create well-defined test plans to ensure quality assurance of solutions and make informed decisions in selecting and executing the most effective testing approaches.
- Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) to monitor systems, product features, or services for performance degradation, downtime, or interruptions, and recommend corrective actions by following established operational playbooks.
- Stay updated with current technological advancements and proactively acquire new knowledge to enhance product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance, while promoting consistency in monitoring and large-scale operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Possess a minimum of 1+ year of experience in system or application development.
- Demonstrate hands-on coding experience in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to Rust, C++, C, C#, and Java.
Preferred Skills:
- Have experience working with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, Docker, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrate the ability to design and develop component-based, well-architected software solutions.
- Possess experience in strengthening service operations and improving core engineering fundamentals.
