Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Business Analysis function for Product Solutions projects from initiation to delivery, collaborating closely with Project/Programme Managers, workstream leads, and other Business Analysts.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end change management activities, including early change planning, stakeholder and audience analysis, and the design and delivery of change interventions such as communications, training, support, and organizational alignment.
  • Monitor and manage change readiness, adoption, and stakeholder feedback, taking corrective actions to ensure successful transition outcomes.
  • Oversee Implementation Management activities, including planning, controlling, and reporting on change deployment, with a focus on accelerating benefits realization and minimizing risk.
  • Manage implementation readiness and provide active support during deployment phases to ensure smooth execution.
  • Lead smaller change delivery projects or specific workstreams within larger transformation programs, while continuing to manage the associated Business Analysis responsibilities.
  • Elicit and document business requirements using structured techniques such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process modeling, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis.
  • Critically evaluate and synthesize information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting inputs, decompose high-level requirements into detailed specifications, and distinguish stated requests from underlying business needs.
  • Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze information requirements and deliver necessary business analysis artefacts.
  • Utilize enterprise-wide requirements management tools, systems, and methodologies to ensure structured documentation and traceability.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with users to define business concepts under the guidance of Project Managers.
  • Challenge and guide business units and stakeholders to validate assumptions and strengthen execution strategies.
  • Apply strong analytical and product management expertise to interpret customer business needs and translate them into clear operational and functional requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer community (internal and external) and the implementation team, ensuring accurate and consistent flow of requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain project governance documentation in alignment with Project Management Office (PMO) standards.
  • Establish and promote architectural standards, best practices, and comprehensive documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to system performance, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in enterprise-level risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential exposures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards by monitoring changes and implementing necessary controls.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Demonstrate proven experience in business analysis roles or equivalent exposure to large-scale operational change initiatives.
  • Exhibit strong analytical capabilities and strategic business acumen to interpret complex challenges and facilitate practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Possess the ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels and geographies.
  • Demonstrate competency in operating model design, data analysis, user documentation, solution design, solution validation, and root cause analysis.
  • Show proficiency in conducting impact assessments, gap analysis, business requirements gathering, process mapping, and process design.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify critical success factors for project delivery across multiple phases and adapt approaches to address evolving challenges.
  • Possess exposure to diverse project portfolios and client environments, preferably including complex business and IT transformation programs.
  • Have hands-on experience with project management and process improvement tools such as Visio, Project Planner, JIRA, Confluence, Opex, and Six Sigma methodologies.
