Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the regional operations team to provide guidance on regional policies and process knowledge.
- Develop subject matter expertise in the Professional Services Enterprise (PSA) tool and act as a key point of reference.
- Identify key stakeholders and build strong working relationships to support business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to Sales teams by addressing queries related to the invoicing process, Statements of Work (SOWs), and other booking-related information.
- Ensure project data compliance to facilitate accurate and smooth monthly billing processes.
- Identify and coordinate subject matter experts to support change management initiatives and requirements gathering activities.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and professional written and oral presentations to internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Apply a global perspective in project planning efforts to ensure initiatives are aligned with overall organizational objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 18 to 36 months of relevant professional experience along with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Have experience working with a major CRM system; prior exposure is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrate familiarity with financial and quantitative concepts.
- Exhibit excellent written business communication and verbal presentation skills.
- Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization abilities.
Working Conditions:
- Be willing to undertake occasional travel, primarily within the country and potentially globally, while working in a remote environment that supports work-life balance.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including up to Vice President level.
- Collaborate closely with the business process team to understand existing processes and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate the ability to clearly interpret, explain, and guide others on processes and procedures.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills with the capability to identify patterns and analyze disparate data sets.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of Salesforce tools and applications, with strong experience in creating and analyzing data from Salesforce applications being preferred.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of operational business processes, with preference given to experience in Services, Professional Services, or Consulting operations.
- Show experience working in a fast-paced operational environment, with the ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
- Possess the ability to collaborate across geographies to develop and implement governance practices for the business.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and word processing applications, including experience with Google Suite tools.
