Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of the processes and systems within the KYC/AML ecosystem, with primary focus on the India Market and Project Fusion.
- Investigate and identify available data sources, recommend incremental data requirements, and collaborate with data owners to source relevant data.
- Define and develop appropriate metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and performance of KYC/AML processes.
- Design and build executive-level and process-level dashboards to provide clear visibility into process performance.
- Perform in-depth analysis to generate actionable insights and support leadership in identifying process enhancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of subject matter experts and partner with multiple business units—including International Card Services, Global Merchant & Network Services, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering—to develop strategies and implement process improvements that meet compliance and regulatory standards while minimizing operational risk.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit the ability to work effectively in environments with a certain level of ambiguity.
- Possess experience using AMEX big data tools such as LUMI, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Python.
- Show high proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear insights tailored to the audience’s level of understanding.
- Have experience in creating interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Exhibit the ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as a team player.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess working knowledge of internal Global Services Group processes, systems, and functional areas (e.g., Servicing, Credit, Payments, GSP/ISP, CSP, WCC, CLIC, Griffin, GO2, EDU, etc.).
- Demonstrate experience collaborating with product and capability teams.
- Have prior project management experience.
- Possess knowledge of KYC processes and regulatory requirements.
