Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Business Management team to support key business priorities and ensure effective day-to-day operations.
- Assist in finance and business management activities, including the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of sales and management reports and dashboards.
- Prepare and update materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Operating Committee (OC) reviews, and other senior management forums by compiling inputs and ensuring data accuracy.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics, conduct recurring and ad-hoc analyses, and present insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Coordinate small workstreams and project-related tasks, maintain trackers, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies, and support the prototyping of solutions and automations (e.g., using Excel or Alteryx).
- Utilize multiple data sources to generate decision-support reports and perform basic analytics while ensuring proper documentation and version control.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); an MBA in Finance will be considered an advantage.
- Possess at least one year of experience in business management, reporting, or data analysis; strong internship or co-op experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrate strong storytelling ability and proficiency in building impactful presentation slides for management updates.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with large datasets and present concise, actionable insights.
- Showcase clear written and verbal communication skills, along with strong attention to detail and data quality.
- Be a highly motivated self-starter with effective time management and prioritization skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a collaborative mindset with a strong service orientation and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have basic knowledge of SQL and/or Alteryx, with a willingness to learn and adopt advanced data tools.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with prior exposure to Alteryx preferred.
- Have experience managing or supporting multiple projects with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
