Key Responsibilities:
- As a Trainee Engineer, focus on learning the organizational ecosystem while actively contributing to live projects.
- Analyze and understand client requirements to develop and configure high-quality systems or codebases.
- Gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical issues and applying analytical methods to resolve defects.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and project documentation standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and organizational goals.
- Continuously enhance technical and professional competencies within defined timelines, leveraging the company’s global knowledge resources.
- Proactively suggest process improvements and innovative ideas to support organizational growth and efficiency.
- Consistently achieve or exceed defined productivity targets while maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science with 80% or above or CGPA of 8.0 and above (applicable to 2025 graduates only).
- 0–1 year of experience in software development (preferably with relevant internship or project experience).
Skills & Competencies:
- Completion of formal training with certification in at least one of the following: Java, Python, React.js, DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, etc.), or Software Testing (Manual/Automation).
- Basic knowledge of the Clinical domain and database concepts (preferred).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism in the workplace.
- Ability to quickly understand and learn new domains.
- Strong focus on delivering quality work and supporting team members in maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to adhere to planned timelines and meet study or project deadlines.
- Capability to multitask and remain organized in a dynamic work environment.
- Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and advancements in the area of expertise.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to deliver quality services and work products on time while adhering to SOPs.
