Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis.
- Analyze and interpret data trends and patterns to generate actionable insights.
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data models and databases to support analytical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and emerging trends in data analytics, and recommend continuous process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle and analysis process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree (UG/PG), B.Tech, M.Tech, or MBA
- Proven experience in data analysis, data mining, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and consistently meet project deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in business analysis and data analysis methodologies.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for data querying and management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience in creating dashboards and reports using Power BI.
