Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement high-performance, value-creation initiatives by delivering analytical insights that support the Sales group’s strategic agenda.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the analytics team to design and deliver dashboards that effectively meet end-user requirements.
- Provide data intelligence by designing, developing, and building intuitive dashboards and reliable data sources using enterprise reporting systems.
- Align dashboard design and reporting frameworks with sales strategy, business priorities, and targeted outcomes.
- Analyze complex datasets to assess feasibility, uncover insights, and enhance dashboarding capabilities and reporting effectiveness.
- Develop subject matter expertise in Sales data, reporting structures, and dashboard solutions.
- Support the team in business strategy development, process improvements, documentation, and ongoing operational activities.
- Identify improvement opportunities and deliver practical, action-oriented recommendations to drive business impact.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in developing and delivering high-quality dashboards within a Sales or business environment.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in Tableau development, including creating data sources, dashboards, complex calculations, row-level security (RLS), and advanced visualizations.
- Possesses advanced SQL expertise, particularly with Oracle databases, and demonstrates excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrates knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, including predictive modeling, sales forecasting, and churn analysis, along with proficiency in Python or relevant AI tools.
- Demonstrates the ability to collaborate effectively, prioritize tasks, solve complex problems, manage multiple responsibilities, and work cross-functionally across various organizational levels in dynamic environments.
