Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications under the guidance and supervision of senior developers.
- Support the development team in implementing new features, resolving defects, and optimizing application performance.
- Participate in unit testing, module testing, and regression testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for code, modules, and technical workflows in accordance with established project standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Utilize version control systems, such as Git, for code check-ins, branching, and merging activities.
- Monitor and report task progress using project management tools such as JIRA.
- Provide support for flashing activities and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) bench setup.
- Work with automotive and embedded tools such as CANalyzer/CAPL and DaVinci Developer and Configurator to support development and testing activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Demonstrates exposure to at least one programming language, such as Embedded C, Python, or C++.
- Possesses knowledge of communication protocols, including I2C, SPI, and CAN.
- Has exposure to MATLAB for modeling and simulation activities.
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Shows a strong willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies related to embedded systems.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, accountability for assigned tasks, and commitment to meeting project deadlines.
- Adheres to coding standards, best practices, and proper documentation guidelines during development.
- Has an understanding of the automotive domain, which is considered an added advantage.
