Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and timely filing of statutory returns and forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
- Maintain, update, and monitor statutory registers, records, and corporate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support annual, event-based, and periodic compliance filings for QIPL and group entities, ensuring adherence to statutory timelines.
- Prepare agendas, notices, and minutes for Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs).
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for Board and committee meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and circulation of meeting materials.
- Maintain accurate records of resolutions and ensure proper execution, certification, and statutory compliance where required.
- Assist in implementing corporate governance best practices, policies, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
- Support the preparation of Directors’ Reports, CSR reports, and statutory disclosures in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to support compliance reviews, audits, and inspections.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation related to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring initiatives.
- Handle correspondence with internal teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and completeness of all statutory records, filings, and corporate documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- ICSI qualification (Company Secretary) or CS Executive certification is preferred.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate secretarial, legal, or compliance roles, preferably in a multinational or large corporate environment.
Technical Skills:
- Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and corporate governance norms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
