Key Responsibilities:
- Own assigned business units with accountability for achieving revenue and gross margin targets.
- Define and drive pricing, coupon, and promotional strategies, while tracking sales performance and ROI through analytical dashboards.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and implement optimal pricing strategies.
- Analyze traffic trends and customer funnel metrics to drive improvements in traffic conversion and overall revenue.
- Perform root cause analyses (RCAs) to identify performance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, approve, and implement pricing and promotional changes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, such as a B.Tech or equivalent undergraduate qualification.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Possess proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and other data analysis and reporting tools.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting, modeling, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
- Experience in data reporting and business insights generation.
Other Skills:
- Knowledge of pricing concepts and pricing strategy development.
