Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact by handling inbound customer calls and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products and services, including processing payments and performing general account maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional products and services when appropriate.
Eligibility Criteria:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level while supporting a high volume of inbound calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong reading proficiency.
- Strong multitasking abilities, including experience using multiple applications simultaneously; familiarity with CRM applications is preferred.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
