Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and configuring applications using the Pega Platform.
- Work with core Pega components, including case types, decision rules, flows, UI rules, and validations.
- Support the implementation of business logic and workflows based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to understand functional specifications.
- Contribute to AI-integrated projects using tools such as LangChain, Gemini API, and ChatGPT API.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Learn and apply best practices in low-code development and Agile methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (B.Tech preferred).
- Has academic or project experience working with the Pega Platform.
- Possesses exposure to Python, Flask, Streamlit, and HTML/CSS.
- Familiar with Generative AI tools and LLMs such as LangChain, Gemini API, and similar technologies.
- Understands basic machine learning concepts and data handling techniques.
- Has knowledge of Pega Constellation and Pega GenAI.
- Experienced in building web applications and working with real-time datasets.
- Certifications in Python, Data Analytics, or Power BI are an added advantage.
- Has participated in hackathons or technical competitions.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new technologies.
- Possesses good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
