Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a QA Engineer with a focus on performance testing using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner, with strong Java programming skills as a mandatory requirement.
- Design and develop performance test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Execute performance tests using industry-standard tools (e.g., JMeter, BlazeMeter) to evaluate system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Analyze performance test results and create comprehensive performance dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve performance-related issues.
- Stay updated on the latest performance testing tools, trends, and best practices, and apply them to enhance testing effectiveness.
- Contribute to the implementation of AI-based approaches and solutions in performance testing.
- Work within agile methodologies and actively participate in agile ceremonies and processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Have a total of 3–6 years of experience in performance testing.
- Detect, highlight, and track bugs effectively throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Perform testing activities in accordance with defined quality criteria and standards.
- Deliver testing solutions for a single product and/or contribute to testing within complex projects.
- Demonstrate proven ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
- Actively and collaboratively contribute to meetings, processes, and agile ceremonies with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure that risks are identified, documented, and communicated in a timely manner.
