Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software solutions that require general domain knowledge and growing business understanding.
- Work across all layers of the application stack, including front-end user interfaces and back-end development.
- Analyse user requirements and needs, making decisions within defined parameters under regular supervision.
- Support and, where appropriate, lead projects of limited complexity within the team, including the development of small to medium-sized system components.
- Apply a broad understanding of quality standards to deliver work that requires minimal revision.
- Review functional specifications and other validation deliverables as assigned.
- Provide peer support and assist in onboarding new Associate Software Engineers to the team.
- Typically requires around 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
